This conference brings together leading voices to share research, personal stories, mentorship insights, and practical strategies that shape meaningful healthcare experiences. Participants will reflect on why patient experience matters, learn from high-performing providers, discover approaches to feedback and resilience, and collaborate on actionable next steps.Together, we’ll strengthen the balance of patient and provider experience to advance the shared human experience of care.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Explain the balance between patient experience and provider experience, and how both intersect within the broader concept of human experience.
  2. Reflect on the human side of healthcare by considering organizational and personal perspectives on why patient experience matters.
  3. Describe key characteristics of high-performing providers in patient experience and analyze how these lessons can inform their own practice.
  4. Examine the role of mentorship and peer connection in fostering human connection and sustaining both patient and provider experience.
  5. Apply practical strategies for receiving and responding to patient experience feedback in ways that support resilience, compassion, and professional growth.
  6. Collaboratively develop actionable next steps to advance patient and provider experience within their own practice and organizational context.
