Overview
The 31st Annual WSOPC Conference offers a comprehensive overview of current best practices in the care of patients with congenital heart disease and fosters the exchange of ideas to advance the field. This meeting is designed for all members of Heart Center teams involved in the care of pediatric and adult patients with congenital heart disease.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Apply the latest evidence-based practices, including emerging diagnostic, surgical, and therapeutic innovations, to optimize outcomes for CHD patients across the lifespan
  2. Evaluate and implement innovative surgical and catheter-based interventions in the management of valve disease and complex single ventricle disease
  3. Develop and apply comprehensive strategies to manage advanced heart failure and optimize Fontan patients for successful transplantation
  4. Utilize advanced technologies and imaging modalities to enhance their diagnostic capabilities and facilitate improved interventional and surgical planning

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson and Phoenix Children's.
