Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Identify and employ new medications and therapies for Thyroid eye disease
  2. Identify and employ new techniques and approaches for glaucoma surgery
  3. Employ techniques to treat glaucoma conditions at the slit lamp rather than the OR
  4. Identify and manage anatomical zonular abnormalities or variants to reduce complications and improve results for cataract surgery
  5. Manage and treat iris defects to improve both vision and patient satisfaction/psychological well-being
  6. Improve patient communication and documentation to minimize malpractice exposure
