Department of Surgery Grand Rounds provide teaching and feedback opportunities to increase surgical knowledge and improve performance. We address knowledge and performance gaps in the following areas: intraoperative teaching and feedback to improve operative performance; clinical and research expertise; communication of operative knowledge to peers; cutting-edge surgical techniques and patient management strategies; results from recent randomized-controlled trials/studies.

Objectives
