Overview
Neurosurgery Case Conference provides an evidence-based and multi-disciplinary approach to discuss challenging, interesting, or unusual cases among all neurosurgery providers to improve patient care. Physicians will discuss the most up-to-date information on the management, treatment and diagnosis of conditions related to neurosurgical diseases and disorders.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Implement an advanced diagnostic approach for neurosurgical diseases and disorders by integrating cutting-edge knowledge, including the utilization of advanced imaging techniques and the incorporation of novel physiologically-based studies. This aims to broaden and enhance diagnostic options for improved understanding and management of neurosurgical conditions.
  2. Integrate best-practice techniques for both surgical and nonsurgical management and assess the most current surgical and nonsurgical approaches for effectively managing a neurological disorders.
  3. Appraise the most beneficial and least invasive imaging studies in the diagnostic workup of specific neurological disorders, integrating optimal techniques for imaging of particular disorders.
  4. Integrate the most widely accepted surgical management techniques for a specific disorder and enhance proficiency in patient outcome measurements for the corresponding surgical procedure.
  5. Demonstrate enhanced tumor control by consistently adhering to best-practice guidelines, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
  6. Demonstrate improved patient outcomes after traumatic brain injury by consistently adhering to best-practice guidelines.
  7. Illustrate alignment in pediatric neurosurgical treatment and management by incorporating current practices and adhering to established guidelines.
