Endocrinology Grand Rounds is a monthly didactic session on a variety of topics related to the Endocrinologist. This activity educates Division of Endocrinology physicians, surgeons, residents, fellows, and medical students on continually advancing therapeutic guidelines and consensus body recommendations for best practices in Endocrinology.

1. Employ new scientific knowledge regarding the pathogenesis of diabetes and endocrine disorders.
2. Incorporate new evidence-based practice guidelines into clinical practice in cost-effective manner.
3. Diagnose endocrine disorders using new screening tools/methods that have been peer-reviewed.
4. Manage/treat patients with new medications/strategies for endocrine disorders, as supported by published, peer-reviewed data.
5. Identify rare endocrine conditions and implement innovative treatment options.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson and The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. No refund will be provided once the conference begins.
