The Vascular Surgery Teaching conference includes discussion of vascular operative cases, case planning, and complications, (including morbidity & mortality). In addition, we review current literature and have lectures based on the vascular surgery curriculum. Invited lectures from doctors on their areas of expertise.

1. Manage complex vascular surgery patients, including medical care, surveillance, open surgery vs. endovascular surgery
2. Plan surgical, hybrid, or endovascular procedures according to the patient and his/her comorbidities and pathophysiology
3. Analyze own decisions and performance in order to describe areas of deficiency and improve future performance
4. Utilize medical literature to select appropriate treatment strategies
