This symposium is aimed at general otolaryngologists, residents, physician extenders and primary care physicians interested in Otolaryngology. Along with University of Arizona Otolaryngology faculty, we have invited internationally renowned experts to teach and share their insights, informal lectures, and interactive panels. Many of our state’s prominent academicians will be lecturing during this course.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Apply the latest interventional and diagnostic technologies for the management of HPV-associated head and neck cancer
  2. Manage obstructive sleep apnea using appropriate guidelines for surgical intervention for this disease
  3. Utilize surgical or biologic therapies for the management of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis
  4. Avoid/manage complications of endoscopic sinus surgery, including CSF leakers
  5. Manage dyspnea related to upper airway stenosis
  6. Incorporate lasers appropriately in office-based otolaryngology practice
  7. Manage hearing loss in adults
  8. Manage allergic rhinosinusitis in the pediatric population
