Our experts take a collaborative approach to improving physician/patient fitness, nutrition, stress management, mood, sleep patterns, and other important aspects of health. As a result of this activity, participants will be better able to counsel patients on how to improve their own health and wellness.

1. Implement the principles and practices of modern nutritional science to benefit patients in a health and healing practice.
2. Develop skills and behaviors required to incorporate various types of exercise and educational approaches into your patient care strategies.
3. Incorporate into your medical practice behavioral strategy recommendations linked to stress management, using methodologies in meditation, guided imagery, visualization, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivation for change.
4. Develop skills in integrative medicine, men’s and women’s health and wellness, sleep therapies and cognitive vitality.
