How to Check In/Submit Attendance for Grand Rounds, Case Conference, and/or Live activities

NOTE: Attendance can only be submitted 15 mins. prior to the activity start time, during the activity, and up to 24 hours after the activity closes.

Text Message

  • YOU MUST have a CloudCME account AND a paired mobile number in order to use text attendance submission. Register an account if you do not have one. Pair your mobile number to your account: Text your registered email address to 1-866-327-3062 to opt-into the text message attendance program (you should receive a confirmation if the pair is successful).
  • Submit attendance: Text the attendance code to 1-866-327-3062 (Note: the body of the message should only include the attendance code). You will receive a reply message confirming your attendance, or telling you if there is an issue. PLEASE do not ignore the replies.
  • We recommend creating a contact in your phone called RSS Attendance (or something similar) to reuse so you do not need to reenter the phone number each time.

Mobile App

  1. Search for the CloudCME® mobile app and download to your Apple or Android device(s).
  2. Enter the organizational code uarizona (saved by the app for subsequent use). 
  3. Log in using your email address and password (saved by the app for subsequent use).
  4. Select the Claim Credit menu item.
  5. Enter the attendance code and touch Submit.
  • The app also features mobile access to your user profile, evaluations, transcripts, calendar of events, and many other features. 

Online/Attendee Portal

  1. Sign In to the attendee portal (this website), or register an account if you do not have one.
  2. Mouseover or click the My CME menu button.
  3. Select Claim Credit.
  4. Enter the attendance code/activity id.
  5. Click the submit button.
